We had to get something out there. We had to get some users to start learning.

Why are you flying solo?

Most entrepreneurs treat their startup like a solo flight.

Jim is attempting a solo flight. He has advisors provide input and install the right equipment in the plane. Once in the air, he doesn’t have anyone to double check his instrument readings, help navigate, or help control the plane during turbulence. Worse yet, if he missed anything during his pre-flight check, it could bring his plane down.

You don't have to fly alone

As your Copilot, we make sure that your pre-development is complete. When things don’t go according to plan, we are there to help you steady things out. We make suggestions to improve your product strategy based on changing conditions. We help you discover and define the product strategy that will accomplish your goals.

You don't have to feel like your developers are incompetent. You don't have to build before you get feedback. You don't have to guess to find success. You don't have to spend all of your money to figure out what works.

You don't have to fly alone.

What does a Copilot do?

The co-pilot is responsible for supporting the pilot. He makes sure that everything on the pre-flight checklist gets done. These are the preventable mistakes. As your Copilot, we make sure that your pre-development is complete.

He knows all of the instruments by heart, and when to use which one. Once in the air, he takes instrument readings to make sure that things are working as expected. We make sure you are doing the right experiment and correctly reading the results.

If you encounter turbulence, the Copilot is there to prevent the pilot from losing control of the plane. When things don’t go according to plan, we are there to help you steady things out.

He helps the pilot to navigate, suggesting changes to the flight plan based on what they encounter in the air. We make suggestions to improve your product strategy based on changing conditions.

He helps the pilot to draft and verify a flight plan that get’s them to their destination. We help you discover and define the product strategy that will accomplish your goals.

He makes sure the pilots ideas are translated for the engineering team. We help you communicate clearly with your development team so they build what you need.
